Terms of use / Code of conduct

We need to agree on a terms of use page. I suggest we include a code of conduct. I also suggest a simple "be respectful" approach to the code of conduct.

I would like users to feel that they can say anything they want, as long as it not meant to be disrespectful, nor illegal (for example, this hosting porvider prohibits adult content).

I also want users to feel that what they post here will not get deleted if someone dissagrees with how they feel.

See the current legal page here: legal

What kinds of sections do we want?

We need to decide what kinds of sections we want.

For example, do we want people to blog or rather have their discussions in a message board (forums) section?

To start with, I suggest:

Blog (what's a Blog?)

Documentation

Events

Contact page

Photos

And take it from there...

Contact page and email form

The contact page needs to be completed.

What address should be there.

What other forms of contacting the OSCP are there (email?, fax?)

Corporate section

Do we want to have a corporate section?

Such a section could have any of the following features:

1- A section open only to company representatives to provide up-to-date news about their products.
2- Such representatives (or their companies) would/could/may pay for the ability to have such a membership.
3- be only about providing advertisement (products only)
4- be not only about advertisement (include discussions and personal opinions)
5- Be part of the main menu but not otherwise visible.
6- Have it's own block on the side of the main page as well as an entry in the main menu.

Any ideas?
