Please be advised that we are still accepting nominations for 2 positions on the next Board of Directors: President and Secretary /Treasurer. The elections for both positions will be held at the Annual General Meeting in Kingston, September 11, 2010.
For anyone interested in nominating an eligible candidate please fill out the attached nomination form. Or if you are interested in applying for either position, please fill out the appropriate "Willingness to Serve" form. These forms can also be found on the OSCP website (www.oscp.ca) Please forward any completed forms to secretary@oscp.ca no later than September 8, 2010.

To all Ontario Perfusionists

The OSCP is seeking two members to fill openings in the role of CSCP Liaison and AGM Coordinator for the 2010 to 2012 term. Please find attached the Willingness to Serve and Nomination forms, if you are considering either one of these positions or know of someone else who may be interested.

Also, please remember the deadline for pre-registration for the 2009 OSCP AGM is Monday, September 7.
