Any news on the chief's meet happening at Trillium?
Is it a whole day affair or are we meeting in the evening.

These are the sorts of things that the Upcoming Events section is for.

Events are still readable after the fact. So, before the event, an agenda can be posted. After the event, the minutes of the meeting or a summary of what happened can be posted.

Everyone can be on the same page.
