2010 Payment of dues

To all Ontario Perfusionists

Your Ontario Society of Clinical Perfusion membership renewal for 2010 is due on July 1!

The membership dues remain the same as last year: Active $50.00 ($70.00 after July 31/10) Associate $50.00 and Student $25.00. Payment can be sent in through the mail or be paid online.

Please find attached a membership renewal form. Fill it out and mail it in with your payment or email it to secretary@oscp.ca.
