2009 Payment of dues

To all Ontario Perfusionists

Your Ontario Society of Clnical Perfusion membership renewal for 2009 is due on July 1!

The membership dues remain the same as last year: Active $50.00 ($70.00 after July 31/09) Associate $50.00 and Student $25.00.

Please find attached a membership renewal form. Fill it out and email it to secretary@oscp.ca.
